The 9-12 month residential program is practical and experiential. To complete the program, residents must complete The Growth Track. It is the single document we use to chart progress through the program. It is an intake assessment, a goal sheet, and a progress report rolled into one. It includes:
- Core Classes. All participants complete each of them to graduate.
- Community Service. All participants join a ministry team- after finding their gifts & abilities & passions.
- Self-Sustainment. All residents have “drug free” time, have gainful employment, and have a savings account in place when they graduate the program.
After learning the necessary information (Classes), after having begun giving back (Service), and after being financially and logistically in a place to self-sustain, participants are ready to graduate.
